Wonderful fish but unfortunately, the place is not what parsley sauce is. it should be intended to be homemade but it is made on dried frozen parsley tasted by sour tens. The excuse was that parsley can not be heated but since the sauce must be eaten immediately, it really does not seem existential unfortunately it seems to “spring over” where the yeast is lowest due to the bust. but if they continue so they are not busy about a few years
