Good food, but horrible service. The service is perhaps among the worst in Ukraine. I have been here 10 times due to staying at the hotel. Every time, there is a service issue. It was the first time in my life, a waiter made me move tables twice during eating. Unbelievable how a place with such good food, can have such terrible staff.
