A food supply system that spreads the vegan mission in saigon. everything I ordered was delicious, but I love the cashew pesto, protein bananenbrot, and the kombucha most. it's not cheap, but it's worth it!
I just found out that this place is vehicle/vegan yesterday and it's about 30 seconds from where I live. The menu is quite limited and breakfast in only served on Saturdays however what is there is absolutely brilliant. Real cakes are the main thing I miss when in Vietnam as nowhere seems to have vegan cake. The owner (French I think) came out to speak to me when I checked if the things were vegan. She was so friendly and helpful and says that they're hoping that the cookies that contain honey will be vegan as well next week. The range of chilled snacks looks equally delicious but I didn't try any. Yet! There is a large built in sofa style bench with cushions making it s great place to relax. Prices are not cheap but this is not a surprise as they are clearly listed on the menu. However based on the ingredients and that they are handmade I still think they are decent value. I will certainly be returning for waffles in the morning.
The vanille beautiful watch is a must! the owner is also very friendly and explained about their products. there are also a lot of nuts and nutritious snacks. I'll be back!
The owner made a very interesting conference at the saigon vegfest and their kombucha is delicious. I can't wait to discover more of their products.
