Contribuisci feedbackPhở Tàu Bay history goes back to 1954 when the patriarch of this phơ dynasty, fleeing from the north (birth place of Phở , settled here in Ho Chi Minh. As his pure northern style of phở grew in popularity so did his family's fortune. As he retired, he left the restaurant and his closely guarded recipe to his two daughters. Soon after, the two daughters feuded and split the restaurant in two, operating one next to the other, separated only by a wall. That's two locations. Sometime later a defecting employee stole the recipe and went to Orange county, California to open a third location. Fresh basil, sawtooth corianders and a squeeze of lime are all that's good. Believe me, when you're here, you'llenjoy slurping the aromatic broth, chomping down on the firm, generous and succulent cooked and rare beef.

Taste is above average. Price is a bit expensive. There is no AC so it's a bit hot. Car parking is available.
My vietnamese friend recommened here, as soon as I arrived at in front of Pho tau bay, two places called and waved me to come in, so I looke up the sign, there are 2 Pho tau bay… You will know which one is original. There is Only type of Pho, 3 differents meat inclulded minced meat on top, very well cooked rice noodle, little oily broth, and some chopped green onion. I liked it but if there is more options, i will love it more.
Original taste of pho in saigon since 1954. definitiw a place for a great breakfast every day.
