Vietnamese cuisine, but western dessert. foods were good, but small. very especially Vietnamese beer, the new name is te te, which is very tasty, must try. beautiful staff and helpful, good atmosphere. clean toilet and beautiful decor. good price, great location.
I stopped here when we walked around a hot day around Ho Chi Minh City. the restaurant was very relaxed and we really enjoyed eating, especially the brown rice and the bun and star fruit juice. really tasty and the prices were reasonable (and the air conditioning also helped on the hot day! .
I live in saigon near 15 years and opened since quan bui, it has never disappointed, beyond all expectations. local, expats and tourists come to this place and dive into traditional cuisine and get a view of Vietnamese interior architecture. herr danh, the owner, pays attention to detail and with his business, he not only preserves the Vietnamese food culture, but the Vietnamese art and design vietnamesian heritage. it is priced on the higher scale, but in the opposite they get space and dine in a beautifully designed restaurant with art and the feeling as it must have lived as at that time. handmade porcelain, eco-friendly items such as grass straw etc. Last week I went there for a late lunch and tea break. I love his signature dessert, which has always been on the menu and yet it is very simple dish passionfruit mousse served in a passion fruit. the porcellan comes from tuhu ceramics that fits perfectly with its concept. I wish quan bui and mr. danh all good for 2021 the year of ox. and hope he does what he does with so great passion. a fan of Vietnamese cuisine and culture. xoxo ps: the photos are not great, I know.
This place was recommended to us … and it did not disappoint at all. We ordered many dishes from spring rolls to mushrooms and dragon beans, the garlic/ pepper shrimp , chicken and pineapple and ever dish was excellent. The food is meant to be shared and in general all came out at once. The portions were also quite larger. For the amount of food plus 2 bottles of wine we felt the prices were quite reasonable. There are multiple locations but really like the ambiance of this one. Service was also good. Reservations are recommended as it is popular and busy. Definitely will come back.
