Had coffee here and it was amazing. The staff are just delightful and they go out of their way to remember the names and coffee orders of their regulars. A must-visit if in Hobart!
My wife, baby and i are regulars here for their great coffee and a quick wrap or one of there many options on the run from the fridge. We came for breakfast expecting it to be good but it was way more than good, it was amazing!!! I had the big breakfast with hollandaise and the wife had eggs benedict with a side of mushrooms. The food, coffee, service were all excellent and was good value for money. If you haven't been past yet, find your way up the vodafone laneway because im sure it wont be your last.
A friend and I discovered this little gem hidden up an arcade in Liverpool St after a recommendation from the staff at Habitat. What can I say but FETA CHIPS. hot chips served with feta. Divine. The toasty we shared with was also excellent. Coffee great, service outstanding. We've been back twice since. The Koftas are to die for. The serves are generous and the prices very generous. The Greek shortbread are a a must! Nothing is too much trouble. We'll be back again.
I was in Hobart recently for work and on the last morning I asked our client for a recommendation for a good spot for brekky near to his office. He suggested the cafe up the laneway just up from the Brunswick; and so I found Coterie and Co. The menu looked terrific, including the mortgage-inhibitor, but knowing my lunch would be a choice of bread or bread, I skipped the smashed avo and opted for the house-made granola with poached pear and yoghurt. Delicious.
