Rin - Hobart

Personale molto bello. Benvenuto e sabato. Il personale ci ha aiutato con una seggiolone. Dolore Ordinato Miso Ramen, che la zuppa va bene. Un po 'di moda, potrebbe essere più spesso e aromatico. Dolore Manzo Teriyaki Don era bello. Delizioso. Era andato da un po '. Dolore Tataki di manzo Don. Il manzo è stato recentemente affondato con salsa deliziosa e wasabi, che ne deriva. Dolore Wake Oyako Don. Piatto molto bello. L'uovo ha un sapore molto bello. E il Wasabi era semplicemente bello. Dolore Neanche non era costoso.

Il miglior piatto giapponese di tutti i tempi a Hobart! Cibi locali giapponesi, ecologici e deliziosi. Cucchiaio d'amore ... Sashimi è totalmente fresco, ma la zuppa di miso è troppo salata per me

Cibo delizioso qui. La zuppa di miso è stata la migliore che avevo a lungo. Ho anche ordinato il manzo marinato-Don, un aroma molto delizioso e un sacco di cibo. Servizio cordiale, ben più economico.

Non ero sicuro di cosa si aspettava dopo aver letto la maggior parte delle recensioni. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso della qualità del cibo. La tempura Udon aveva un bellissimo brodo aromatizzato con tempura croccante, che aveva un riempimento generoso. Molti luoghi oggi tendono ad andare fuori bordo con l'impasto, e non possono nemmeno assaggiare ciò che è dentro. Questo non è il caso con Rin. Lo consiglierei!

While this is indeed a Japanese-run Japanese restaurant, I wouldn't say the fare is particularly 'authentic' or 'real'. That said, the word 'authentic' often gets abused in food reviews, among other arenas of life. I think a more accurate description of Rin would be "food typical of a small Japanese restaurant in the suburbs", which in itself, depending on your situation, may not necessarily be a bad thing.  I think I felt most let down by the salmon teishoku, which was supposed to come with twelve pieces of salmon sashimi. Admittedly there is no objective definition of exactly how big (or small) a 'piece of salmon' should be, but in all good faith, I think the folks at Rin have really stretched the meaning of the words 'twelve pieces of salmon' to absurd lengths (well, the opposite actually, they were ridiculously small but you know what I mean). And this is all in Tasmania, the land of abundant fresh salmon! Restaurateurs, please do not promise more than you can deliver! On a positive note, the ikura sushi was pretty tasty.
