Blue Eyes - Hoboken

As someone who is gluten-sensitive, I was pleased to find a gluten-free pasta option, which was tagliatelle and beautifully prepared. They also modified the chicken parmesan for me, using grilled chicken instead of baked, which I really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating, and our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. My only small complaint is that the bathroom is quite tiny and located in an inconvenient spot. However, that’s just a logistical issue, and it won’t deter me from returning. The food, ambiance, and stunning view of NYC make it well worth the trip!

I have a special memory from when I was pregnant and craving their food after being sick for months. I missed my birthday dinner, but the owner made a special arrangement for us to sit at a small table outside, even though they were closed for a private party. I finally got to enjoy the incredible meal I had been longing for! We adore Blue Eyes! The seafood pasta is my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of their dishes!

Amazing view! The people are very kind and the food is of excellent quality. I could try the fish and was pleasantly impressed. You must try!
