Contribuisci feedbackI have ordered from this restaurant through Seamless several times, but each time has been a terrible experience. My Burrito bowl always has missing parts (I order a Veggie bowl and they have forgotten the Fajita veggies multiple times). It seems like they take advantage of online ordering by giving significantly less food than if ordered in person. Today's bowl was only about 1/3 of the usual size. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant.
I ordered eating on over iss I spent $20.70 and my bowl was full of salat I had hardly any rice yet in not satuisfied.
I never do this. ever. but this location is horrible. Is it closing?? because if not maybe it should. It doesn't even seem to be open anyway. I went last night- completely closed. I've gone in the afternoon. completely closed. I've tried to order pickup from them, completely out of rice. What is going on here?
I am writing to recognize the entire team at our Hoboken, NJ Chipotle. My daughter and I have loved Chipotle for years, and would always purchase in NY, however, since the pandemic, we have been fortunate to have Chipotle in our backyard! The food is incredible, always!! But, it's the staff, the local team that makes it all worthwhile!!! Without them, we wouldn't be able to enjoy your amazing food!!!! The team has changed so many times over, but no matter what they have been faced with, they have always persevered!!!!! You are all rockstars!!!!!!!A special shout out to the OG team which included Kevin, both original Lisa and the newest Lisa, Bella, Puma, Tony, Jay, Dana and so many others that have gone on to other endeavors...I wish you all the best!!!Most recently, a brand new elite team has been created which includes Kelvin who's leading the way, Tania, Alyssa, Hayden, Sebastian and the entire newest team, thank you for all you do each and every day! It finally again feels like you yourselves are the new OG team because it feels the same as before, where you have found your groove and what not just works best but what is best across the board!! You've created an inviting, comfortable atmosphere where your team is in sync and your customers are happier than ever!!! I see how incredibly hard you work, behind the scenes, with a smile, making it happen, time and time again!!!! Just as before, especially when the pandemic first started, we found comfort in your delicious food and it brightened up so many not so great days...we looked forward to our weekly visits and were able to enjoy and it brought so much happiness to us...just felt right at home, actually felt like home and that is a gift to be able to provide all of this to your customers! Tanaka makes the absolute best chips each and every time!! I was so happy I was able to tell her in person, too!!! They taste so authentic as if I was eating in a high end restaurant or better yet on the beaches of Cabo!!!! Absolute yum!!!!!!! Sebastian is so incredibly thoughtful and remembered my meals that I get for my daughter and I and I thought that was very kind of him and made the bowls perfectly!Please also know that again the entire team always, always, always goes beyond above and beyond!!!!!!!Special shout out to Hayden...the absolute most delicious, and perfect white rice each and every time! This is the worst Chipotle I have ever ordered from. I paid an extra $4.00 for extra chicken, but there was hardly any. I also ordered a drink with my bowl, but it was not included. Additionally, the tortilla on the side that I requested never arrived. This is the second time this has happened, which is why I am leaving this review. This place is a mess when it comes to delivery services like UberEats. Hackensack and Paramus, NJ locations are a disappointment. Hoboken, who is managing things over there? The service is terrible and my money was wasted.
