Very nice hotel. You could put something outside for smokers to shelter. Service was top. Well-kept staff. Food was ok. Keep it up. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

Sehr gepflegte Saunaanlage sowie eine freundlich gestaltete Außenanlage. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist hochwertig, schmackhaft und es wird auf Wünsche bezüglich Menüänderungen eingegangen. Leider war der Fernseher im Zimmer 112 während meines Aufenthalts defekt. Trotz meiner Meldung konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Zimmer: 3

We have come to Hotel Heinz for many years and are always satisfied. Unfortunately, the hotel currently has far too little staff, which leads to dinner for a long time (after 45 minutes only bread and wine came). The existing staff was partially hopelessly overwhelmed and this was also shown in the Pool Bistro. Dear owner: Then please take less guests, because this does not work in the long term. The prices are too high.

I asked the phone to postpone my stay because my pregnant wife had Corona. I was told that this is not a problem at all and a voucher is issued to me. Then the shock: you have kept 1/3 of the total price (114€ without notice or price indication. This is conscious deception because loss 114€ is already a problem for me. To lie to someone like this for Christmas is super three times and human the last!!!!
