Extremely bad service and bad eating! especially the plate pasta carbonara! one of the most disgusting meals I have experienced! had a 30-minute break and asked how long it would take to get the food. they said 15 min and asked the chef who said 12 min. I have eaten 22 minutes later and 2 more customers who had ordered pasta after us were served before. the meal was simply spaghetti immersed in watered cream and some goofy chaos with speckle. I only managed half of the part before I had to go back to work, where I felt sick in the evening. came to complain the next day, and the cook does not care. I didn't say I'm sorry and I said sarcastically that you'd get help because you came the next day and you could take the rest of the food, i.e. eclectic suppe in a French pommesbox? No, thank you. he attacked a whole thing. I make 60 portions and deliver them during the day, you're the only one that somehow got sick, he said, what does that mean, I'm asking? then he continues that you don't get your money back, you won't get anything I didn't expect you to get back money, I would have offered with an apology and explanation for lousy food, a profi would have offered me a new court for another chance. No, this cooking here just gave empty, although I said I asked my friend who stayed back to report it. Of course he could forget that because he was constantly called by people because it was his birthday. I said the cook is empty and angry. the worst service I've ever experienced. we were not asked if it was good when we were there, but to be fair, I was not sitting more than a few minutes, but my friend who stayed back was not asked. they do not follow the Kovid measures! they have picked up from cutlery, serviettes and water. something I wanted to mention to them, but simply couldn't stand there anymore. something positive is that the waiter who works there was nice. the visit was literally a sick, naval and bad experience. I was asked for a correct feedback. eats bad. the pasta from the children's menu was cold as if it were in the refrigerator. the cheese we asked to put the pasta out of the refrigerator, also the spoon was cold, in the cheese. It seems to me that they served the same cheese with the same spoon of other people and put everything in the refrigerator. the pizza I bought was never worse. lower quality. the mushrooms were fried in the pan and additionally burned, they tasted like other food made in the same pan. everything tastes bad. the lasagna of my wife looks like she came out of the freezer just before serving.

Very satisfied the times I was here. the service is pleasant, the place is convenient, not too full as it is on many others. And of course, eating was good that we usually stand here as a break in shopping, and I think that more people can do this because this is a more cozy place.
