Strönholt - Hoernum

Basically, the food was very tasty. However, two of the appetizers (Krabbenbrot, Matjesbrot) were not acceptable in the price-performance ratio. You can expect crabs and matjeshering and not mousses from hering and mousse from crabs with a non-definable sauce. Even if the whole thing was announced under appetizer, you can expect more than three bites to eat for €18 or €19. The menu offered, on the other hand, was certainly too little in price-performance ratio for hungry men.

We were the third time in Strönholt and were always competent, communicative and very well served. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The service power had given us a false or no recommendation to the aperitive, there was no subsequent demand for wine, there was not talk with us about the usual “good appetite” before there was quite easy nice short talks) , the best corners were incorrectly assigned and when the food came, it was asked who had what, that is not possible in such a restaurant. The food was excellent and the ambience is also very pleasant. Unfortunately, the invoice was simply placed on the table without our request. That was the i-tipping and upset us. Shame...

Very delicious food and attentive, very friendly service. Very recommended!!!

The greeting was very friendly. We had a selection of many tables for 2 people in the outdoor area, including a beach basket. The 3-course menue and white wine found our full approval. After an 18 hole golf course it was a wonderful final. You're welcome.
