On the table a flyer with various cultural and gastronomic offers until December. Funny I found the Gänse-Taxi offered. By preorder, a ready-made goose could be ordered home in November and December. We ordered two pils by assigning the table and received the cards. The Franconian husband of the boss leads the kitchen while she cares about guests and management. Hopefully the fish I ordered could keep there: Fresh salmon trout from the Emsquellaue under the horseradish crust on cucumber vegetables in Dillrahmsauce salmon trout has nothing to do with salmon for information for the non-angler, but is a char that receives the red colour of salmon with certain feed additives.
