Hideaway Brew Garden - Hoffman Estates

I love this restaurant! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a summer evening.

We had a wonderful Father's Day with family and visiting Andrew at the restaurant. The beer, pretzels, and brats were all delicious. I highly recommend checking it out. However, it appears that the tables are getting closer together, making it more difficult to navigate with food and drinks.

Hideaway is always a great time! It is conveniently located near the expressway with plenty of parking. A short walk will bring you to the beer garden where you can bring your own chairs and blankets or use the picnic-style tables provided. Heaters are also available for when the weather gets chilly. They offer reserved seating areas as well as cute, themed campers to check out. The drink selection is good and the food, while nothing special, is decent bar fare. However, the real highlight is the live music, which really sets the ambiance. They feature different cover bands and themed nights to cater to all tastes. Whether it's a date night, a gathering with friends or family, or even a spot to bring the kids, Hideaway comes highly recommended.

Went to the Oktoberfest at this location. Tucked away in the green space behind some office buildings. Very nice setup. Lots of parking. Oktoberfest pricing was quite high. The large pretzel spent too much time being kept warm, so it was quite dry. Can't comment further on the food, prices, etc. as I didn't actually visit the regular Brew Garden.

A hot pretzel with cheese dip was $26!!! I couldn't believe how outrageous the price was. The prices weren't listed in the menu board so I had no idea until after is already ordered it. The sound system was pretty bad. You couldn't distinguish the wordsthe band was singing. I was not impressed by the venue and am in no hurry to go back.
