Kyoto Japanese - Hoffman Estates

This restaurant was fantastic. We visited for my birthday and the service and food were both excellent. We ordered hibachi and sushi (you have to request the sushi menu). At the end, they also gave us complimentary ice cream which was a nice touch. We were satisfied and had enough to bring home as leftovers. We will definitely return!

Tonight was my first time dining here and I absolutely loved it. The food was outstanding, a perfect 10/10 from me. My waitress, Alyssa, was fantastic and I want to give a big shoutout to the chef and bartender for creating my delicious pear martini. I will definitely be returning soon!

Great location with lots of parking space. beautiful outside area in front of the restaurant. it is very zen with little koi fish swimming over. spacious inside or sitting outside in the terrace. come for sushi bar, steak or sit on a hibachi table. the first time will come back here definitiw. our Teppanyaki cook was jay. he was entertaining, friendly, funny a big cook. the food he prepared was delicious!

The food was very delicious and the chef was also very good. unfortunately this time the service was very bad. one of our party members waited for too long a drink that was ordered. the rest of the party has their drinks. also this time our waterglasses were not refilled or perhaps only once the most.

The sushi rolls at this restaurant are delicious, with excellent quality. The wait time is reasonable, averaging about 15-20 minutes for an average portion. The style is good and visually appealing, allowing you to enjoy the architecture and design of oriental origin while you eat.
