Went with my BFF and some other friends back in September 2018. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was kind. They put on a little skit every now and then, not sure what was said as my Japanese is horrible. Still a very fun night! Make sure you hit up the bathrooms at one point these are creepy and quirky. I went to the one with lots of faces and almost couldn't LOL!! Couple of things: There's an elevator that takes you directly to restaurant and seating at floor level, but there is a few steps between entrance and again from hallway to dining area, not many, maybe 4 or 5 steps at most so keep that in mind if you have a friend in a wheel chair. Second thing, there is smoking allowed in the restaurant, but because seating is separated by curtains here and there it's not horribly unmanageable for non smokers. Of course smoke doesn't bother me either way so maybe you might avoid if you're highly sensitive to it? Not really twilight style so not little kid friendly, very fun though. English menu (though only one so you have to share) love the crazy drink concoctions and asked waiter what he would recommend for dinner. He recommended two options so I got Both. Both my chicken and margarita pizza were lit on fire! Loved this place and going back in April with my hubby for sure! Prices were reasonable, sorry I can't remember all the prices.
This is one of the great themed cafes in Tokyo! The entire restaurant right down to the menus and cups look like they came out of the romantic goth era. This is a heaven for people who love the goth culture or dark humour. The menu was full of funny and unique items that fit the vampire theme, like the dish I had which was called The Dead Body of Van Hellsing . My only complaint was that I felt the servers didn 't interact with us as much as the other customers because they didn 't think we could speak Japanese. So that was a bit of a bummer. But if you don 't speak Japanese, the restaurant uses a really useful system that allows you to view the menu and order in English!
Food and decor was amazing! Service was good, the only problem was the smoking. It really took away from being able to enjoy the outing. We couldn’t wait to get out to the fresh air. So 4 out of 5 stars. Hopefully they see these complaints are all the same about the smoking and change it.
Such an experience! There was only one staff member which was able to speak English, so it was hard to order food. I had a cocktail (which was delicious! , a plate with sushi and a sort of pizza ritual with one big tomato on top of it. This was pretty cool because before I was allowed to eat my pizza, they did some great tricks with it. Also the taste was not bad.
