Perron 1 - Holbaek

We were greeted by extremely friendly and attentive staff. The food was impeccable, well prepared and with good raw materials.

A visit to Perron 1 is every penny worth! Best gourmet pizzas, not just dough with tomato sauce and cheese, no thought of the delicious crunchy bottom. Their meat dishes are just super. Operation with good mood, friendly and attentive.

Perron 1 has Holbæk's best pizza. Nothing less. Their pizza is made according to good Italian principles: the bottom is thin and crisp and the filling is dosed from the principle “lided but exceptionally good”. So the meat, the cheese, the herbs and the oils, along with the pizza bottom give a great taste experience. And this is every time... through the last 2 years we have got pizza from here. I just enjoyed my pizza at home in the living room with a glass of La Spinetta ca’ De Pian Barbera D’ Asti 2018. It is a good glass of wine and it fits well to the pizza... In other words: hurry down on Perron 1 Pro tip: 1: it is important that the bottom is crisp. Therefore, you should either eat the pizza on the spot (and it can you easily) or you have to make sure that it is brought home ASAP. 2: Take yourself in care of their chili. My sweet taste buds do not tolerate the kind, but my wife has different robust taste buds and HUN seemed strong
