Ordered an extra thick chocolate shake and got 95% milk and 5% ice cream I might as well have ordered a glass of milk I mean Camon you work at carvel and can't make a simple shake? Not looking to be petty here as it was only a shake but I did pay for it and do deserve to get what I paid for. Called twice and asked to speak with the manager, both times I was told he would call me back but he never did. I guess Baskin Robins it is!
Asian guy that works here who?s apparently a manager was sitting on his phone texting while I was standing waiting for him to take my order... first thing I said was that I have a peanut allergy.. he then tells me I shouldn?t be getting ice cream from here. No worries, I?ll go to Coldstone, they actually accommodate for people with allergies. Much better ice cream and customer service there anyways!! Carvel needs to accommodate for people with allergies and needs to hire
I mistakenly gave my Doordash order to the wrong person at this restaurant. They were chatting with their friends and did not start remaking my order even after Doordash called them to notify them of the mistake. It was frustrating and I understand why this restaurant has low ratings. The staff was friendly though.
I ordered a custom cake earlier in the week, but when I went to pick it up, it was not made as requested. The staff member contacted the owner, who promised to make a new cake and deliver it within 1-1 1/2 hours. The timing was not a problem, and the owner personally delivered the cake along with some mini flying saucers. Thank you for rectifying the mistake and delivering the cake!
I was thrilled with the outcome of the cake, but I found the price to be a bit steep. The photo on the cake and the design were both done exceptionally well! My daughter was overjoyed!
