Haley's Ice Cream Store - Holden Beach

Such a fun little place to go grab ice cream! My family and I walked there one evening after dinner it was a nice treat!

Me and my wife love coming here and getting ice cream and eating on the beach they always have nice friendly staff to serve you.

Staff is just teenagers and they don't seem to care much to do anything other than joke and talk with each other while people are waiting. We left and went to another shop.

Came here with a friend for the wonderful ocean view and a sweet treat but ended up being disappointed. I was surprised to find they sold Hershey's ice cream instead of having any homemade. I've been to places that had both and would list on the menu what was homemade vs store bought. Here it's only store bought so it just felt like I paid for someone else to scoop ice cream I could have in my freezer at home. The view of the ocean and outdoor seating is nice but needs to be better taken care of. The bar top had wood sticking out that could cause a splinter and when we got up to leave we realized the stools we were sitting on were cracking on the legs, this could be very dangerous if it snaps when someone sits down in it! Overall I was left with an underwhelm feeling and I don't see a return visit in the future.
