Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and then try to pressure you for a tip at the end.Then, I guess ownership changed or maybe they just hired new staff? But the man and woman who work in the store now are the sweetest people. They are so friendly and they make a really good sandwich.The funny thing is, I never tipped the folks who worked here before because the pressure to tip was so annoying. I make sure to add a tip every time I go now because these two are just so sweet and deserve it. Good customer service goes a long way!
We ordered four subs online tonight (a Thursday night). When I picked it up there was not a single other customer or order being worked on, and my order was just being packaged up. The timing was great. What wasn’t great, was that not a single one of the four subs was correct. Two had the wrong bread, one was missing the sauces, one was missing the green peppers, one was missing the banana peppers. One was also toasted even though we had added a note not to toast it. Definitely won’t be ordering online again!
Overpriced and make sure you check your receipts to make sure you aren’t being charged for something more than what you ordered.
Wish I read the reviews before going in. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Subway. Overpriced and unwelcoming. No wonder it was dead at lunch hour. No more Subway for me.
