Arby's - Holladay

What staff they have is great. Don't like having to use the drive thru though I prefer to be able to go in and eat.

Half my order was missed that I paid for. Had one single items and several sauces for items not received. Woman taking orders was having a separate private phone call while assisting.

Our order was taken well and we received exactly what we ordered. Did have a sign informing customers that somethings may not be available at the time. Which was helpful in choosing the order.

They're are always so polite and nice. Our food is almost always perfect. And when a couple times it wasn't... We came in the next day and were immediately taken care of sincerely. The ladies there are the best! On a side note, we also doordash...Arby's tends to do a good job having orders ready, but this location is a always on it and communicative if there is a wait onfryables. They rock!

Did the drive thru. Ordered a total of 8 sandwiches. Asked for lots of each: bronco berry, Arby 's sauce and Horsey sauce. Got 3 of each. And only three napkins for 8 sandwiches. Sandwiches were extremely dry. Young lady at the drive thru needed to learnthe word please . We were ordered to pull forward even though no one was behind us.
