The drive-thru experience was surprisingly quick, moving faster than I anticipated. The person at the window was really friendly. The taco was enjoyable and had a nice flavor. The mexi fries were well-cooked, but the portion size was an issue. Unfortunately, the bean burrito fell flat; it felt like I could have just taken some tortillas, added some pinto beans, rolled it up, and been done with it.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the tacos, bean burritos, and cinnamon crustos. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
We ordered food for pickup, but unfortunately, it was wrong. I didn’t mind too much and went back to collect the missing item. They also gave us an extra burrito, but I couldn’t tell which one was which, and when I got home, one of them turned out to be incorrect. The person it was intended for is quite picky, so they ended up missing their lunch, which was unfortunate. I had the chicken black bean burrito, which I usually enjoy, but today it just didn’t hit the spot. I used to really like Taco Time, but this experience was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Tutor tots were ice cold and hard got a crisp meat burrito I ordered crisp taco which I pointed out and they fixed it but it just wasn't good like it usually isFood: 2/5
Ordered a large mexi-fry and got maybe a small mexi-fry. Their crunchtada or whatever it was called was missing the tostada part and was very hard to actually eat because it just fell apart.Food: 2/5
