When I go, I always order #7, so I am comparing with other JJs. Service was spot on. Super clean. To the point, I noticed all the extra food on shelves were neat and faced. I'll be back.
I have always liked Jimmy John 's because of their bread flavor and their Italian Sub. They offer a lot of different subs, but I usually get the Italian, Country Club, or the vegetarian. I 've also tasted the BLT. They are #9, #11, #6, the JJ b.l.t. on the menu. They also offer wraps, catering, chips, and Coke products, Dasani water, and lemonade. The service at this one is friendly, orderly, clean, and quick. Freaky Fast
Always fresh and always delicious!Dietary restrictions: They offer any of their sandwiches in a lettuce wrap. They call it an unwich
The worst. Order inaccuracy, terrible service. These people do not know what they are doing and they can’t get it right to save their lives.
Nope, nope, nope. I 'm normally a fan of Jimmy John 's, but my experience at this one really irked me. First, we ordered four sandwiches for my family to take to a park for a picnic, and one of them was completely wrong. Not just a few wrong toppings, but an entirely different sandwich from what we ordered. Of course we didn 't discover it until we unwrapped it at the park. But second, when I paid with a credit card, the payment screen prompted me for a tip and gave me three options: 15%, 18%, or 20%. Or I could click the small other button at the bottom (and then presumably select a different amount or none at all). Now I 'm normally very supportive of the industry, and I 'm all for supporting those who work in the current nationwide worker shortage, but I absolutely DETEST this new practice of forcing customers to tip in situations like this, especially ones where tipping wasn 't formerly customary (this was a takeout meal, and the staff there are paid an hourly wage that does NOT assume they will receive tips). If you want to give me the option of leaving a tip, fine. But making a tip the default, and making me go through extra button presses if I do NOT want to leave a tip, is offensive and insulting. If your business isn 't making ends meet, raise the prices of your sandwiches. But stop shaming customers into paying more for their meals than advertised.
