Showers were clean, water was hot, and the staff is very friendly and personable. They go out of their way to help and make sure your visit was 5 stars.

Nasty. I went in to use the restroom, and an employee walked out of a stall and right past the sinks with barely a glance. Did not bother to wash her hands, and she had a PJ Fresh shirt on, so she probably making the pizzas and other food. I was considering getting a slice to hold me over until I could get some real food but changed my mind. That is disgusting.

Pilot Travel Centers in general are a typical semi truck overnight parking go to, lots of parking, scale, fuel and actual food.

The showers were super clean and we got in quickly, but shower number 5 was cold and the only time it got hot was when a toilet flushed.
