When we arrived, social distancing was good but by time we left, they had placed people in the booth next to us and social distancing practices were not as good. Other than that, we were seated quickly, the waitress was great and checked on us just the right amount of times.

We did not find out the restaurant was out of the ordered meal for my daughter until we all had our meals brought out. How fair is to a child to have the rest of the family have their food, and not the child's, then put her on the spot to quickly order another entree . Someone should have communicated that right away. Management never presented themselves to accommodate the situation, and the side order that was finally brought out to her could have been given to her instead of us being charged for them. This is the second we've been disappointed by slow service as well.

Enjoyed the two-wing Tuesday special which included 10 snack wings. Delicious!! The service was excellent!

Open table to place our name on the waiting list. when we arrived, the hostess had no idea that our name was on the list, but had set us to disgusting after the look. our server was less than attentive. our wings were cold and very little sauce. so disappointed. our intention was to have a quick evening meal, we were there an hour and 45 minutes, that would have been good if we thought to see a game or have a cozy dinner. I also do not want to give any negative reviews because I know that every short worker is and works hard, but that was not a good experience at all.

We were able to make an opentable reservation, but at the arrival it was said that it 't honor, and they're not going to do that anymore. ' when he was asked why we were allowed to book it on the first place at all, the wet and lifted his vote on us (my 5 yo daughter was with us) to even ask. we have left starving. we have gone to this bw3 for years, but quite sure we will not be back.
