Chick-fil-a - Holland

This grocery store is always excellent. The workers are so friendly and helpful. You're great with kids. The food is always amazing. The whole process from walking into the door until you go is perfect. Very recommend this facility to others.

This Chick Fil A location is absolutely stunning. Despite the busy parking lot and drive-thru line, we decided to stop and eat. We were impressed to see three Chick Fil A employees taking orders with electronic pads in the parking lot for the drive-thru line. To our delight, the line moved quickly and efficiently once we entered the dining area and received our food. We were even offered sauce refills twice during our meal. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and even purchased an 8oz sauce to take home. Thank you, Chick Fil A.

Incredible!!! The service at this fast food restaurant was outstanding. The staff at the counter, the servers at the tables, and the managers all interacted with us. After our meal, they even asked if we wanted refills and provided wet wipes for our hands and mints. Amazing experience!!!

Today, I visited this restaurant and went through the drive-thru. There were four employees taking orders outside, and two more if you paid with cash. They came to the car to accept payment and waited under the umbrella for change. Despite the long line, I was greeted with friendly phrases like "You are welcome" and "Have a beautiful day." While this restaurant is not located near my home, it is conveniently on the way to my grandparents' house, so I will definitely return.

UNBELIEVABLE, Went to Chic-Fil-A for lunch today for the first time. 1:00 they were packed. Found a parking spot for which there were very few. There must have been 25 cars lined up in the drive thru with 4 people taking orders. Went inside and we were back 15 customers from the service counter. My wife and 2 sons placed their order and went to find a table while I ordered and paid. I was told they'd deliver the food to the table. Really? Hum...got to the table at the exact time our food arrived...WOW, that was fast. The food was very good. After eating, as we finished our drinks, a Lady came by and asked if she could refill our drinks, wanted any wet wipes and also if we wanted a mint! A mint, really? She then took all our trash and left. I counted 20 people behind the counter, taking and filling orders. There were 7 people or so delivering food and doing general cleanup. I don't know how many people were in the back preparing the food etc but there had to be a few more. I could not believe the amount of customers in and out of there in the 15-20 minutes we were there. They were doing the business of 2 or 3 normal size fast food restaurants and it was not any bigger. My wife said they are always that busy. Every employee was polite, respectful, nice and a lot of other adjectives I can think of....I was quite impressed with everything I witnessed today!! Kudos Chick-Fil-A, I WILL be back! (Even though you wouldn't hire my son for his first job...the experience will be missed!
