Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Holland

The food was excellent as always, and we were served promptly. Although our server seemed to be new, our order was quickly corrected, and we weren't bothered by the minor mistake as everyone was friendly and attentive. The shake was amazing, and the burgers were just as great.

The burgers are fantastic, and the service is excellent. The staff is patient and friendly, making for a great experience. The garlic fries are amazing, and the coleslaw is really delicious too!

The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and had a lovely family-friendly atmosphere.

Server was not attentive, and it was hard to get the basic refills or more fries.

We showed up at 7:00pm on a Monday and sat at our table for 25 minutes before getting our order taken and it took us having to wave down our waitress to get that service. We told the manager that we sat for a while before being helped and he was apologetic about it. After that our waitress never brought us any of our food and drinks and all she did was take our orders. We asked for a drink refill a little into our meal and she didnt bring us them until about 12 minutes later. Also it was not a very busy night and they looked well staffed but it was terrible service other than the manager and the staff members that actually brought us our food. We ended up getting $15 off our meal thanks to the manager.
