This was my first time at Rita's and it was cool and refreshing. The volume of flavors is amazing. It's clean and as large as a typical ice cream parlor.

The owner here was incredibly kind, providing excellent customer service. She even let us sample a few flavors of Italian Ice. However, the main reason for my 5-star review is the outstanding quality of the frozen custard—it was fantastic! With such delicious custard and excellent service, we will definitely be returning!

I have a nostalgic fondness for Rita's, so I was thrilled to discover that one was opening in Holland. After craving it for ten years, I can finally enjoy creamy frozen custard and flavorful Italian Ice whenever I want. It was definitely worth the wait! It's even better than I remember. In the end, it might be a bit of a downside that such a delightful place is now so close to home!
