El Rinconcito Authentic Mexican Food

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, checking on your table often. While the Chips and Salsa could use a bit more flavor, they are still tasty. I will definitely be dining here again. The music is not too loud or irritating, making it a great place for business meetings or family outings.

Much better than any Mexican food I had close to. we're coming back, this place was so damn good.

Oh my goodness, I had such a fantastic meal at El Rinconcito! It is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Hollister.

I have searched all over Hollister for my favorite menudo. Although all the menudo in town is good, I have found that the menudo at this restaurant is my favorite of all time. It's not necessarily better than the others, but it's made just the way I like it. I am a big fan of menudo, but I'm the only one in my household who enjoys it - my wife and daughter don't. So, I come to this restaurant to satisfy my cravings. I absolutely love it.

Super Rico has a great menu, especially the menudo. I highly recommend it.
