Eggs Up Grill - Holly Springs

I had an amazing breakfast! It was the first time I've ever had too much bacon, and it was all delicious.

The food here is truly outstanding. I arrived early for a meeting, thinking I had enough time to quickly grab a breakfast sandwich and a coffee to-go. I placed my order and was informed it would take about 5 minutes, which was ideal. Unfortunately, it ended up taking close to 25 minutes instead, making me late for my meeting. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cold brew. The woman who took my order was very friendly and apologized for the delay. I considered giving a rating lower than 4 stars, but I recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Therefore, I believe a 4-star rating is quite fair.

The lunch menu here is limited but fantastic. I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich, while my husband had the Good Morning Burger. The burger was incredible, featuring two patties, an omelet, bacon, cheese, and spinach. My sandwich was equally delicious. The portions were generous, and the service was excellent.

The food was delicious, and the service was reasonably fast. They also offer a great variety of brunch options. However, parking can be a bit challenging depending on the day and time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. We had a party of 7, and when we requested to split the bill, the server simply told us it was all combined. She didn't seem very eager to help us with adjusting the bill.

This restaurant is absolutely the best in the area. The food is fantastic, and the staff is both professional and genuinely caring, always making everyone feel welcome. Their commitment to the community is truly commendable. I recently attended a golf tournament at a local club, Devils Ridge, and Eggs Up was there serving breakfast. The food was incredible, and they went above and beyond by delivering not just one, but three items to the course at different times to ensure everything was fresh and hot. This is a top-notch organization with exceptional people who provide an outstanding experience. I always leave feeling great and can't recommend it highly enough. Make it your go-to spot!
