Firehouse Subs South Park Village

I love their sandwiches! I love the fact that they grill the sandwiches so that it is nice and warm. Your hot sauce is added bonus.

I am never back. my wife ordered food at 5/27/2022 at 7 p.m. and I went to pick it up and the girls laugh at me and I asked her, I want to pick up my order and she whispered and laugh again badly admin

We have placed an order online for collection today. Pays their extra high price for a combo. When we got there, they told us they had NO ICE and NO COLD DRINKS for sale. Okay, things happen. Customize my sum or give me the opportunity to drink a drink w/ no ice cream. No. They didn't care. I have to go to the car to find that they did not get the chips (which came with the combo) in the pocket, nor did they have the additional side of the chips that we paid in the pocket We had to go back to get them. How about not taking orders for drinks if you don't have ice (at 1 p.m.). There is a Harris Teeter in the parking lot. They sell ice cream. Or better, TELL customers don't have ice cream before you ring the drink. The person in the register ordered the person after me a drink and never said a word about not having ice cream. Staff didn't take care of a bit. I paid $25 for 2 med subs, 2 chips and 1 medium drink. Lesson learned. There are large parts in the whole city. I'm sorry, but the customer service is everything. Again, I get things to happen, not a problem. But if it doesn't matter to the staff and does nothing to do it right, it's just a bad service.

Great staff today and good food. We had a steak cheese and an Italian. They were delicious.

I like this location. Clean, spacious. They have Outside sitting. Parking is not a problem. Employees are friendly helpful and nice.
