Starbucks In Harris Teeter

It's amazing how consistently dysfunctional this place is. There's always something I can't have or do, or they're messing up my order. This time, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted or my second choice, I couldn't use my rewards points, they used the wrong type of cream in my cold brew, and the sandwich they gave me looked like it had been run over. All in one visit.

I had planned to just grab a quick coffee, but unfortunately encountered a rather rude barista named Violetta. The coffee was decent, although not exactly what I had ordered, but the overall service was unacceptable. It was unsettling to see the barista handling food with her bare hands, especially during these times. This experience left me feeling upset and dissatisfied, especially since I have had positive interactions with other baristas at this restaurant. I hope for better service in the future.

My friends and I were searching for a coffee shop and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff was nice and friendly, and we received great advice from the woman named Stefanie who was working behind the counter. The shop was well-organized and clean. We really appreciated their service.

My personal preference is the vanilla bean frappuccino and pink drink. shawntasia prepared my drinks for a wise one that could not be better. Delicacies/Perfection

Very friendly team here. They make my coffee just the way I like and getting to hold it in the cup holder on my cart while I shop after I get it is just a bonus!
