The personal interaction made the evening very special for us. While the food overall was very good, the appetizers were out of this world! Perhaps the best caprese with burrata we have ever had, as well as the escargots. And the bread with truffle butter was outstanding!
When we arrived the odor in the restaurant was musty and the dining room was warm. My wife's beef stew was very dry and overcooked. I tried to order sole, they had no sole: then they had no bronzini, so I settled for the salmon which was a very small portion. I do nor recommend this restaurant.
We each had the tradition onion soup and a standard entree from the dinner menu. The food was very good but the rest of the experience was below average. The entire restaurant had an unusual odor; the men's room was in a bit of disrepair and it was obvious the soap dispenser had not been filled in some time; the wine list was inaccurate and the music being played was entirely inconsistent with a French dining experience.
Bastille Day Unfortunately no mention of it at all , no special menu , which I find surprising for a French restaurant . Food was excellent , service was spotty and not up to standard for the price point of $45 entrees . The food was worth it but wish they had a higher quality of service . Chef owner was personable .
Excellent French food. My wife is French and she loves it here. Had a nice conversation with the owners, in French! Highly recommend it.
