I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and they seem to close before their posted hours. It’s frustrating to go there only to find out they’re not open. The staff member working today was particularly unhelpful and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. The owner really needs to consider how to improve this business.

I really love the quality of the milkshakes here. My favorite has to be the banana oatmeal peanut butter flavor.

Amazing! The berry and pineapple smoothie is the best I’ve ever had.

Amazing gym and experience at the Lifestyle Cafe, kudos to faith for making my experience wonderful

Faith was incredibly welcoming as soon as I approached the cafe. I wasn't in the best of mood since because I was starving and didn't have a good day overall. I had asked for a recommendation for a meal replacement shake and she made me a Peanut Butter Gone Blueberries shake which was mouthwatering and the perfect shake to brighten up my day. Thank you Faith and I will br coming back to you soon!!!
