I typically don't leave negative reviews, as I prefer to acknowledge good service when it's due, but I can't overlook this experience. I discovered a MEDIUM LENGTH, SINGLE LIGHT BROWN HAIR in my mouth, entangled in the salad, chicken, and mandarin oranges I ordered for dinner delivery. It's disappointing, to say the least! I won't be returning as a customer, which is unfortunate because I used to order from Pat's at least once a week—it was our family's weekly treat. Never again! No amount of time or money can make this situation better, knowing that a hair from their kitchen was in my food... it's beyond unacceptable. I'm furious and grossed out! Kitchen staff should wear hairnets and gloves while preparing food in a restaurant!

I recently enjoyed a dinner from this restaurant, and I must say, it was fantastic! The food was top-notch, earning a solid five stars. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pepperoni pizza; it was delicious and well-made. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of five stars. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The amount of cheese is really lacking. Come on, you need to improve! They also wouldn't deliver to me, even though I lived just 2.5 miles away. Rating: 2/5 for the food.
