It’s so seldom that you get great customer service these days that you almost forget what it feels like until you walk into V1! Heaps of knowledge, friendly and helpful! They have gone above and beyond for me and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Top service from two blokes that know everything there is to know about bikes. And they are top blokes too. Case in point: was on struggle street today after a crash at a crit race. Busted front wheel. Potentially busted frame/gruppo. I drop down to see Steve and Zaccy and not only do they inspect and fix my bike, they listen to my sob story about the crash and console me re my busted wheel. In the end I leave with a functional bike and feeling at peace with the world. Thanks guys you're the best

Always fantastic service from Steve and Zac at V1 Cyclery and they definitely know their bikes. Best LBS in Brisbane. More than that, they are involved in the local community as well. Highly recommended.
