Very friendly staff and clean room. The beds are very comfortable and the modern bathroom makes a very good impression. Guests can relax in the interior at night with a drink. The tram and the nearest supermarket are just 200m away. Unfortunately, it was unbearably warm in the room at our holiday time, as the sun appeared directly in the room in the morning. Clean rooms and very good breakfast, beautiful courtyard with refrigerator of confidence. The tram is short in downtown and zoo. But in particular, I would like to emphasise at this point the kindness of the staff, which was always friendly and accommodating, and which has responded to our wishes and our children, you always had the feeling to be welcome! Room to the street is not so good due to the noise of the tram

I spent one night here with my wife and my four children in the family suite and was very happy. Pleasant nice and helpful reception, beautiful rooms and a very good breakfast — eggs hard or soft and each individually decorated with smiley. Great and should I go back to Leipzig this will be my hotel.
