Niiko — Sushi X Vegan - Holzgünz

The sushi is actually quite good, which is not possible was the unfollowed sticky menu where the waste of the last 100 guests already stuck on the first page. It's gross.

The sushi was really delicious and special. But everything around it is unfortunately absolutely messy, unorganized and presumably understated. While we ordered good 15 minutes and waited for food for just under 30 minutes, 2 delivery service drivers and a pick-up had to wait 25 minutes until they got the (planned) orders. Unfortunately no delivery service to Fulda. Adam had to drive to Leipzig.

Very delicious. Just the vegan salmon. Unfortunately a little long waiting time until we were served.
