Put a door order and got another order. When I called vincent, it was rude and stopped the phone. then a fake manager said she was the manager. after talking to the company found out that this load the worst reviews could not put after review without a star. they should have starless reviews

We went thru the drive through after not going to Sonic in a while. It was slow and the service was poor. They messed up our order, offered to remake it but at that point we didn't have the time. The gentleman taking our order had his pants sagging almost below his rear end. The burger was sub par. Overall underwhelmed and disappointed.

Last night my friend and I went to get sundaes! I like mine with peanuts. I got two packets. Both packets were filthy and one with mold. I did go ahead and contact sonic about this situation.

We ordered 5 ice creams and it took literally 30 mins to get to us. It said someone was on the way but 10 minutes later it didn’t come. We pushed the button to ask and they said they were short staffed and were making it. 20 minutes later they finally came out. Our ice cream was melting down the cones. There were only 7 cars at the sonic too because we came at about 9 pm. I’m not sure what was going on but it is something I’ve never experienced at a Sonic.
