Contribuisci feedbackI love this location, but the drive-through kills me every time I go can’t even park in the pick up zone without being blocked in by 20 other cars in the drive-through that do not move. So if you’re planning to pick up just park in the Taco Bell parking lot. Other than parking the customer service is always great here and they’re very quick.
Bad experience at Starbucks due to slow service, a dirty location, and overflowing trash, despite it being empty. The floors were dirty, tables were sticky, and the overflowing trash was unappealing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I hope the management takes swift action to address these issues, as they are important factors for customers when choosing where to spend their money.
Need to work on meeting mobile orders demands. What is the point of offering mobile orders and not working on them timely. We order in advance and then have to wait extra time after the pick up time. 40 minutes for 2 drinks? For that we go thru drive thru and wait. Always an issue at this store lately. If you cant meet the demand, don’t offer mobile orders during those times. People order in advance for a reason.
Great food, wrong prices listed, horrible customer service. The cashier had an attitude and didn't want to repeat my order nor the total. I had to call the manager just to get help with my order. The manager was nicer. Retraining is highly needed at this store.
1 hour in drive through for coffee and line doesn't move!!. Are they short staffed? Could of had my dinner by now.
