Contribuisci feedbackI stopped to grab a bite for my hungry son. The line was long, but it moved quickly. Unfortunately, we didn't get a receipt because the system was down. My teenage son enjoyed his burger, fries, and lemonade!
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Their service was quicker than other Wendy's locations nearby. We placed our order inside; however, the self-serve drink machine was out of ice. Despite that, the food was enjoyable.
We used the drive-thru, and one lane was out of service, which caused a longer wait than usual. However, our order was correct, and the food was hot and delicious!
I can only have one soße for my nuggets and other foods, although I offered to pay because their “inventors” are not added at the end of the week (irrelevant for customers) this is very disappointing, only they receive more sauces sent in the load. the store needs to better manage the inventory and better please the customers.
I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, the restaurant was closed off inside, with a really long line outside. It doesn't make sense to offer pickup if you're going to close the door, especially with five employees laughing at the window. To top it off, someone who didn't seem to work there opened the door and told us they were closed. When we asked about our food, he said he didn't work there.
