High-end restaurant, attentive and discreet service, calm and warm atmosphere. The patronage is in small care despite our hikers outfits and the dishes are very worked, especially the cloud dessert of Greek yogurt, incredible textures!! . Thank you very much.

Beautiful dinner at the Fleur de sel, with for my part the choice of menu discovered at 90 euros. The plates are nicely presented, the dishes demonstrate the chef's technique, the tastes are affirmed and the products (season) are of quality. The perfectly folded vegetal ravioli is light, crunchy and energized by a green curry sauce, fresh and chilled. The well seasoned bar carpaccio, blown grains bring a lot of texture. Maybe a little too many figs? Then nacrated lobster served with a corsé marine juice and a beautiful portion of caviar that elegantly enhances the crustacean with a very welcome saline tip. For the dish, a rosé pigeon is precisely cooked with the blood flesh and firm chew, which the salt of crust of salt emphasizes without crushing. Impressive texture of the vegetable press in accompaniment, between a compact purée, a flan and a cake that gently crushes under the palate. Finally, a yoghurt cream with blueberries and basil, between sugar and freshness, which closes the meal in lightness. Each dish offers well-designed texture games and contrast tastes, without crushing the product highlighted. The portions are deliberately restricted, which avoids the completion of tasting the heavy stomach. Very pleasant after several services. It will be all the more praised for the reflection and precision of the kitchen because it is not uncommon for chefs to fall into an overload of elements, as to compensate for the size of the plates. This will not be the case here: the compositions are legible, asserted, with a clear gustative signature. The kitchen team knows what it does and how to do it well. Finally, nice references for the wine map. We took a bottle of Syrah, perfectly adapted to the menu. Heartburn for the raspberry liqueur from Savoie, lively and round at a time. The service is polite and efficient, without rigging. On the other hand, the decoration would deserve to be a little more personal and less cold light: difficult to get a warm atmosphere with LEDs on already white walls. This is all the more pity that the building is beautiful, in wood and stone typical of 'Honfleur. The restaurant is no less an excellent address, ideal for an elegant dinner and refined cuisine that sublimates with a lot of character local products. Have fun!
Well, the staff is smiling and friendly... Quick service. Good value for money! Only small flat... Discovery menu has 39€ supplement of 8€ if you take foie gras for entry, damage. I recommend this restaurant.
