I had always associated Lush with strong scents and didn't realize it was a vegetarian restaurant until I saw it on HappyCow. On a whim, I decided to try their products and have tested a few different items, including Herbalism, Don't Look at Me, Cup O' Coffee, Dark Angels, Oatifix, as well as mini samples of Mask of Magnaminty, Cranberry Festive, and Catastrophe Cosmetic. The masks do not contain preservatives, must be stored in the refrigerator, and should be used within a few months. Overall, I have enjoyed most of the products I have tried, although I find the cleansers to be a bit inconvenient as you need to mix water with them before applying. The masks are easier to use but can be messy and may leave residue in the sink or shower if not washed off properly. My skin has been reacting positively to Lush products, and I will likely continue to use their masks. It is worth noting that some products do contain parabens, so it is important to check the ingredient list if that is a concern for you. The staff at Lush have been helpful and attentive, providing recommendations based on my skin care needs. However, I did notice that some of the staff members do not have particularly clear skin, which is not always what you would expect from skincare professionals. It seems that Lush's strategy is for their staff to use the products themselves so they can attest to their effectiveness.
