When viewing the menu, there is no indication that the balance is facing vegetarianism towards the consumption of dead animals. the absolute deal breaker for me is however that fois gras is listed on the menu. I would humbly ask why this device is listed on this website. especially in hk where the number of Vego foods is more than 100.
This is a well-known high-end restaurant popular for its beautiful environment and huge open terrace in the top floor of the prince’s building in central. it is certainly not a vegan or vegetarian restaurant, but a new vegetarian menu is now introduced that is lush. the kitchen is also very courteous and sensitive to the needs of customers, but it is quite expensive. eating is excellent, as service. a product that is worth trying is their dosa, spinach/moushrooms or ratatouille etc. wrapped in a very thin crust, but I must confirm with them whether the thin crust egg or milk contained and will update.
This trendy restaurant offers delicious BBQ Wagyu Ribs in a lively atmosphere. The comfortable seating area provides magnificent panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline from a wrap-around roof terrace. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the large selection of dishes is top-notch. Although prices are on the higher side, the food quality, taste, and ambience make it worth it. Overall, a great dining experience!
Another wonderful meal at Sevva as always. The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the bathrooms are nice. We had a cake delivered from Mrs. Bäckerei and it all went smoothly. When we ordered our main course, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was served with half of each dish on a plate. The staff was very attentive. The Pan fried Foie Gras Classic was a perfect 10/10, while the Lachstare was a bit bland at 7/10. The Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin A4 was extremely delicate and well seasoned, another perfect score of 10/10. The Butter-Baked Boston Lobster had a mild butter taste that complemented the lobster well, which was tender and fresh, also a 10/10. The Handcut Fries were quite expensive at $160, earning a 6/10. The Rejuvenating Mocktail was a bit disappointing at 3/10, but overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
