Din Tai Fung (tsim Sha Tsui)

Been a fan for many years in many different cities. It wasn't safe, but still. To clear the address, it is in the Silvercord building on Canton Road (level 3) if you are looking for directions. I like the service in this restaurant as they are always happy, polite and try to help. Eating is always on the point and comes at a decent pace to not completely cover your table and leave without Wriggle room. If you've never been, I recommend it.

Michelin star restaurant, xiaolongbao are very good!. Although it has Michelin star is a relatively cheap place to eat.

Noodle with beef is the best. Beef was so tender. The soup may taste salty for someone but it just great for me.
