Hard to rate less than 5 stars for this Michelin starting place. I have to say that purity was even better than in Tokyo in Le Château, pour even in Paris when Joel Robuchon was still alive. The food as a whole was indeed exceptional. Only average point was the sommelier that seemed provisional and lost without looking for wine list on the phone book size. How can you fail anyway if you simply show blind to any wine in a list where the cheapest cost is about 2000 HKD?

Always enjoy this Michelin stars restaurant ! Foods and environment are excellent !
