Vicky has the fusion of exquisite, innovative and excellent Asian and French cooking techniques as well as passion for stylish avant-garde cuisine and premium design from delicious dishes. She has a high ability to bring her mosquitoes on a creative journey of senses and colors along every step of the way. Sure a riding star!
This is a wonderful experience with a staff that goes beyond and beyond. I don't often find gluten-free bread, but the GF bread is incredible. Very conscientious in the menu prep. Incredible server staff that are very helpful!!!
Each dish is exquisite and very executed. I didn't get much interaction from the waiters. Never. Great food was all I came for.
After my background in France and China I have to say that I rarely see a top restaurant that combines Chinese and French cuisine seamlessly and elegantly, but Tate absolutely pushes both ends to their best @chefvickylau and @jeanniecholee also both put the highest achievements professionally as a female cook and female sommelier in Asia and they put the perfect food and wine pairing top notch together at the global level
Fantastic service. And the food is superb! Usually not a fan of fusion, but this place takes it to levels unimaginable. Deserves way more than 1 star!
