Just yomped up and down The Peak and the first place I find as I step off the escalator is The Pheonix. Nice little place, informal and comforting. I had the ham hock terrine followed by a super sticky cheese cake. I love the fact that the piccalilli is homemade. You could just tip it out of a jar and get no complaints, or you could really care about such important matters and make your own as they do here. Other menu choices are nothing to go out of your way for but, if you are passing by you really should drop in, share a snack with a cold drink or go for something more substantial.
I love this place. Very „gemütlich“ „cozy“ that is), I would say. Prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. Mostly neighborhood folks frequent the place. The ladies working there manage the C19 restrictions very well. You can bring your dog not inside, though). Interesting music with a 80s and 90s touch to it. Good place! Also, the last watering hole before Robinson and Conduit Road. Enjoy your last beer in freedom before heading home.
Great place to relax as it is not full of the ex-pat clones like some bars on the strip. more of local searches with friendly staff and good eating. cider and a reasonable price. coming back soon.
Fantastic quality drink, delicious. the service is also so great, attentive, no need to scream and they also remember your names!
