The place is gorgeous with a very large and charming patio shared with another bar next door and where people can meet up and chat easylly. The inside is tiny but everything take place in the patio outside. The only problem of this bar is the unpleasant bartenders, but I don't care, I only need to spend 30 secondes with them to order and to pay my drink !
Friendly gay cocktail bar on small courtyard. Good to pop in for a drink. Usually fairly quiet ~10-20 ppl but can have good crowd ~50 ppl? on warm nights. Good cocktails and a few creative options. Can be tricky to find. It's on ground level but not on a street. Take one of several small lanes to inner courtyard from Hollywood Rd, Aberdeen St, Gage St or Peel St. Friendly and casual straight bar next door.
Quite small but tastefully remodeled and off the main road, T:me Bar is one of HK's quiter LGBT venues. Although it still gets quite busy and noisy on Fri/Sat nights. Like all such venues the pandemic and associated restrictions have been a heavy burden, but somehow they've soldiered on. The drinks are well mixed, generous and about what you pay elsewhere (Hk80 approx for a cocktail outside of happy hour). The croud are a mix of locals/expats with more of the former. The atmosphere is friendly, somewhat welcoming it's a gay bar in ultra competitive and materialistic HK so of course there are the usual divas and queens but the staff are approachable and professional. Overall, pretty good for HK where the pickings are slim.
Can't compare to any sort of hipster bar or drinking spots around the area but it's a nice little spot for LGBT folk to hang out. Considering the gay scene in HK isn't all that great for a thriving metropolis.
Nice but average. Small cozy bar, not much people (Wednesday) Barkeeper keeps more his phone then the bar, not looking after his people. And most important: no draft beer! :
