Food are good but soooo expensive. Very nosy and not relaxing environment. Not sure if I wanna go back....

What's there not to like- service is great and the app makes it even more affordable. You get a free scoop for your birthday as well as up to 5 other family members! Such an awesome experience. Plus the app sends you new easy to use coupons all the time.The 31st of each month they offer deals on their 31 flavors each month and they also have new flavors- up to 2- each month.This month we had the epic turkey day fixing and the apple cider donuts. The turkey day fixing although we thought it was weird had sweet potato ice cream with swirls of cranberry and cranberry peices and Autum spice. Soooo good! The parking isn't the best but at least there is some and it's free!

The staff are super attentive and friendly, the interior seating is comfortable and always well air-conditioned for the ice cream... Parking's right outside the door and always available. They even have sugar-free and lactose free options.

The employee running the shop was friendly, quick, knowledgeable. I was able to get a nice, last-minute takeaway ice-cream cake!

No customer service! Avoid the sugar cones!On the positive, they have some of their old retro flavors back, like Gold Medal Ribbon. On the negative, their sugar cones are really thin now and all of our cones broke in our hands. My mom's ice cream fell on her shirt and I rescued it, but if you go, don't bother with the sugar cones!The staff seems to know that their sugar cones are lousy and too thin. They do not push the ice cream into the sugar cone, so it sits on top of it and presents a risk of falling off the cone, like my mom's cone. When my mom's ice cream fell, we told them and the person behind the counter just shrugged instead of offering any assistance or replacement ice cream.
